注册时请提供真实、可接收邮件的邮箱，并妥善保管密码和 API Key。通过您的账户或密钥发起的调用会计入该账户；发现未经授权的使用时，请立即撤销密钥并通知我们。不得共享、出售或公开密钥。

您应遵守适用法律及相关模型提供方的使用规则，不得利用本服务进行违法、侵权、欺诈、攻击、滥用或绕过安全限制的活动。我们可为保护服务、其他用户及第三方，限制或暂停涉嫌滥用的访问，并在可行时提供申诉或核查渠道。

价格以付款前页面显示的美元金额为准。按量余额按实际记录的模型与 Token 类型扣费；余额不足时停止调用，不产生负余额。周期套餐自付款履约后激活，持续 28 天，每 7 天刷新一次模型用量额度；当周未用额度不结转。套餐额度不是现金余额，不能提取或转让。

套餐额度耗尽时默认停止调用；只有账户所有者明确开启按量余额续用后，才会继续从按量余额扣费。新套餐购买可能立即替换仍在生效的旧套餐，请在付款前核对。退款情形见退款政策。

模型请求需要转发至上游模型服务。第三方模型、网络、支付或邮件服务故障可能造成延迟、中断或部分功能不可用；我们不会保证持续、无错误的服务，也不会保证模型输出的准确性或适用性。请自行审核输出，尤其是在重要决策中。

我们可能更新服务或本条款，并在网站公布更新日期。重大变更会在合理可行范围内提前提示；已付款订单的核心权益不因后续单方改动而被追溯削减。本条款不排除适用法律赋予您的不可放弃权利。

CheapCoding is an independent third-party API access service for clients compatible with the Anthropic Messages API. It is not affiliated with or officially endorsed by Anthropic. Models, prices, availability, and features are subject to the information shown on the site and the actual service state.

Provide an email address you can access and keep your password and API keys secure. Calls made with your account or keys are attributed to your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, revoke the key and notify us promptly. Do not publish, sell, or share your keys.

You must follow applicable law and the relevant model provider's usage rules. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or attacking activity, or to bypass safety controls. We may restrict or suspend suspected abuse to protect the service, users, and third parties, with a review channel where practicable.

The USD amount shown before payment is the purchase price. Usage balance is charged for recorded model and token-type usage; requests stop when funds are insufficient, without a negative balance. A plan activates when payment is fulfilled, lasts 28 days, and refreshes its model-usage allowance every 7 days. Unused weekly allowance does not roll over. Plan allowance is not cash and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

Requests stop by default when plan allowance runs out. Usage balance is charged afterwards only if the account owner explicitly enables continuation. Buying a new plan may immediately replace an active plan; review this before paying. See the Refund Policy for refund cases.

Model requests are forwarded to an upstream model service. Model, network, payment, or email provider failures may delay or interrupt service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access or guarantee the accuracy or suitability of model outputs. Review outputs yourself, especially for consequential decisions.

We may update the service or these terms and publish the revised date on the site. We will give advance notice of material changes where reasonably practicable; later unilateral changes will not retroactively reduce core benefits of paid orders. These terms do not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
